About Us

Judy and Keith Broyles have been Northern Virginia residents since 2001. Judy became the first woman in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia to become ASHI certified (not a member since 2013). As a Virginia State licensed home inspector, Judy inspects antique homes to new homes during and post construction. She also finds intrigue in evaluating odor conditions including investigating and testing for mold. Keith has been a home inspector since 2003 and is Virginia State licensed. Both maintain a high standard of knowledge and continuing education. They offer a personalized approach to home inspecting and encourage you to participate in the inspection process.

FairView is available six days per week for inspections.  If you ever have a question or a concern, you may contact them easily by text, email or telephone from 9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday.

Inspections are performed in accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia standards and inspectors maintain ongoing educational requirements. FairView is insured with one million in General Liability Insurance.
