2024 Consignment Rates Explained

Consignment is usually done with larger or more expensive items. The belongings would in most cases remain in the home. Judy will come out to take pictures and get measurements so that the items can be listed online. They will be listed across multiple platforms including Facebook, ebay, Mercari and Ruby Lane. The listing price can greatly affect if the items sells, but all sellers will have a say in the sales price. There is no guarantee that the item will sell. If the items sell within your contract period (as stated in the agreement) then you will receive 65% of net. Two of the sites charge service fees and two do not. Those service fees will lower the net payout.
