Judy and Keith Broyles have enjoyed being Northern Virginia residents since 2001. Judy became the first woman in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia to become ASHI certified (not a member since 2013). As a Virginia State licensed home inspector, Judy inspected antique homes to new homes during and post construction. She also found intrigue in evaluating odor conditions, including investigating and testing for mold.

From 2021 to 2024 Judy and Keith slowly closed their home inspection business. Keith is now the Assistant Zoning Administrator for Fauquier County and Judy has started with a new business helping clear belongings from senior’s homes.  She adds a personalized and caring approach to moves, down sizing and clear outs. If you are in need of some help deciding what to sell, keep or donate, Judy is the one to consult with. She can offer to buy, consign or pinpoint you in the right direction for an estate sale.
