I’m disappointed that there is no pool with this property and it also does not offer any privacy from the neighbors. Once again, the builders have put the biggests house possible on the land. At 1.4 acres on at least a 13 year old home there is absolutely no buffer between this house and the ones next to it, especially the one on the left which appears to share a common, non-privacy fence with no landscaping. With a house this old privet hedges or other landscaping could have done a lot to make this house more desirable.
